Spine and central nervous system surgery

At our day surgery hospital, we provide surgical treatment for spinal conditions. Each patient is qualified for surgery based on a clinical examination and diagnostic imaging. The surgical treatment plan is combined with follow-up appointments and neurological rehabilitation available at the same facility. This provides a consistent patient pathway – from consultation and surgery to recovery and return to activity.

Scope of surgery

Spine surgery – lumbar spine

Surgical treatment of lumbar disc disease (1 level; S/M/L variants depending on complexity). The aim of the procedure is to decompress neural structures and relieve pain radiating to the lower limb while maintaining spinal segment stability.

Spine surgery – cervical spine

Surgical treatment of cervical disc disease (1 level; S/M/L), including decompression of nerve roots and/or the spinal cord to reduce neck pain, cervical radiculopathy, numbness and reduced grip strength.

Qualification and preparation

The process begins with a neurosurgical consultation and review of diagnostic imaging (MRI/CT). We discuss the expected outcome, possible alternatives and the postoperative plan, including pain management, early mobilization and neurological follow-up.

After surgery, patients are referred for physiotherapy focused on tissue protection, movement re-education and a gradual return to activity – all available in one place.
