Modern aesthetic medicine at Garden Clinic

No cosmetic product can penetrate deeper than the stratum corneum. If you want active ingredients to work where they are actually needed, they have to be delivered into the dermis. This is exactly what mesotherapy does.

Microinjections allow nourishing, regenerating and moisturizing substances to be delivered directly into the tissues. The result? The skin receives a stimulus for renewal, regenerates more effectively and looks healthier and more youthful.

How does mesotherapy work?

It is a simple yet highly effective procedure. A thin needle or cannula is used to introduce an individually selected product into the skin, either at specific points or using a microinjection technique.

The puncture itself acts as a regenerative stimulus for the skin – activating fibroblasts, improving microcirculation and stimulating collagen production. Adding active ingredients further enhances this process.

The treatment does not alter facial features or add volume. Instead, it visibly improves the condition and quality of the skin.

When is mesotherapy recommended?

Mesotherapy is one of the most versatile procedures in aesthetic medicine. It can be used for:

  • Dehydrated skin, particularly after summer or winter
  • Loss of elasticity and a dull complexion
  • First signs of aging and prevention for patients aged 30+
  • Thin and delicate skin around the eyes
  • Skin regeneration after exfoliating or laser treatments
  • Prevention of hair loss
  • Scars, stretch marks and loose skin on the body

What products do we use at Garden Clinic?

Choosing the right product is essential for achieving the desired results. Not every formula is suitable for every skin type, which is why we work exclusively with proven, certified products.

  • Non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid – the basis of many mesotherapy treatments. Provides intensive hydration and nourishment. Recommended for dry, dull and tired-looking skin.
  • Vitamins and antioxidants, such as vitamins C, E and A and glutathione – help protect cells against oxidative stress, brighten the skin and improve its tone. Particularly useful in anti-aging treatments and for smokers.
  • Amino acids and biomimetic peptides – support skin regeneration. Used for loss of firmness, fine lines and reduced skin density.
  • DMAE and lipoic acid – recommended for skin requiring improved firmness and tone, particularly loose skin on the cheeks and neck.
  • Polynucleotides, such as Nucleofill – support advanced regeneration, microcirculation and tissue remodeling and help improve skin density. Often used around the eyes and on the face in patients with thin, delicate skin.

What does the treatment involve?

  • Treatment time: approximately 30–45 minutes
  • Local anesthesia with a numbing cream
  • Point injections or the nappage technique, involving a dense pattern of microinjections
  • After treatment, the skin may be slightly red and mildly swollen in some areas
  • No significant downtime – you can usually return to your daily activities the following day
