A new quality of life without pain

Spinal pain syndromes are one of the most common reasons why patients seek medical help. Increasingly, this problem affects people under the age of 30, as well as teenagers and children.

Pain may be located in any section of the spine: cervical, thoracic, lumbar, sacral, or coccygeal. It may also radiate to the limbs.

Preventing pain recurrence

Once the pain subsides, we introduce gentle exercises and then select appropriate functional training. At every stage of rehabilitation, the patient receives proper education on self-mobilization and developing healthy movement habits.

The aim of the therapy is not only to reduce the cause of pain and the pain itself, but also to prepare the spine as well as possible for everyday loads and help the patient return to normal life — to active participation in family and professional life, as well as physical activity.

Therapy goals
