Małgorzata Bellwon, MSc, is a graduate of dietetics at the Medical University of Gdańsk, an expert in working with the gut microbiota, and an experienced health mentor. She combines clinical knowledge with a practical approach to patients and modern management in the healthcare industry.
As Brand Manager at Garden Clinic, she is responsible for developing and implementing the comprehensive LONGEVITY concept — combining dietetics, activity, regeneration, cosmetology, aesthetic medicine, and diagnostics into one coherent and effective care system. She creates processes that help patients feel guided and cared for from the very first visit, with results appearing faster than they expect.
For over 12 years, she has been helping people who want to lose weight, improve their metabolic health, and build lasting eating habits. She works holistically — analyzing test results, diagnosing nutritional and gut-related problems, and cooperating with doctors and specialists so that each patient receives real solutions, not random advice.
She pays particular attention to the gut and microbiota. She often says that “happiness lives in the gut,” because its condition affects not only immunity and metabolism, but also energy, hormones, and mood. For years, she has worked with patients with SIBO, IMO, and hormonal disorders, including PCOS, hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s disease, insulin resistance, and diabetes.
She also supports women planning pregnancy and pregnant women through diet therapy that is effective, safe, and adapted to their current health condition.
She creates nutrition plans based on accessible, seasonal products that do not require hours spent in the kitchen. Diet should be a pleasure, not a strict regime — and this philosophy is at the heart of her work with patients. She focuses on changes that can be implemented immediately and maintained for years: without extremes, without pressure, but with real results.
She works using the small-steps method, positive motivation, and a clear action plan — because only this combination leads to lasting results in health, appearance, and everyday functioning.
