I specialize in comprehensive urogynecological physiotherapy for women at every stage of life. I work with patients struggling with urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, endometriosis, and chronic pelvic pain. I have extensive experience in therapy for women during pregnancy, postpartum, and the perimenopausal period.
Currently, I place particular emphasis on holistic therapy for patients with endometriosis. I combine precise manual therapy of the pelvic floor with a functional and holistic approach to the entire problem, using methods such as Low Pressure Fitness and individually selected breathing and stabilization exercises.
In my daily practice, I use an integrated approach based on:
The Low Pressure Fitness method, levels 1 and 2, is an important element of therapy. It effectively supports scar treatment, helps maintain the correct position of the pelvic organs, and reduces symptoms of urinary and fecal incontinence.
Every therapeutic plan is fully individualized, safe, and focused on real improvement in function and the patient’s quality of life.
