Dr. Jan Wolnikowski graduated from the Medical University of Gdańsk in 2013. Since 2014, he has been affiliated with the Department of Orthopedics at the Specialist Hospital in Kościerzyna, where he currently practices. During his specialist training, he participated in numerous courses and workshops in Poland and abroad, continuously expanding his knowledge and surgical skills. In 2020, he passed the National Specialist Examination and became a board-certified specialist in Orthopedics and Traumatology of the Musculoskeletal System.
His clinical practice focuses on both surgical and non-surgical treatment of limb injuries, as well as sports medicine, with particular expertise in minimally invasive orthopedic procedures, including knee and shoulder arthroscopy. He believes in an individualized approach, tailoring treatment plans to each patient's lifestyle, functional needs, and athletic goals.
Dr. Wolnikowski is a member of the European Society of Sports Traumatology, Knee Surgery and Arthroscopy (ESSKA) and the Polish Arthroscopy Society. He continuously develops his expertise by attending scientific conferences, specialist courses, and international training programs.
