Anna Jóźwiak is an operating room nurse with more than 26 years of experience working in surgical theatres. She holds a Master's degree in Nursing and is a certified specialist in Operating Room Nursing.
She currently serves as the Operating Theatre Manager, where she is responsible for the comprehensive management of the nursing team, planning and supervising surgical procedures, and optimizing organizational processes within the operating department. She has extensive experience in team leadership and healthcare management.
In her daily work, she places particular emphasis on patient safety, effective communication, and the continuous professional development of the surgical team.
